Democrat, Republican or Southern Republican?

Are you a Democrat, Republican or Southern Republican? What with elections coming up, perhaps this could assist you in determining which way to vote:

Question: How do you tell the difference between Democrats, Republicans and Southern Republicans?

The answer can be found by posing the following question:

You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children. Suddenly, a dangerous looking man with a huge knife comes around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities, raises the knife, and charges. You are carrying a Glock .40, and you are an expert shot. You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family.

    What do you do?

Second question:

You're sitting at home minding your own business when some fool comes on the TV and threatens to kill your wife and two small children, you, your neighbors, and anyone else in the world who refuses to submit to Sharia law. You have at your disposal the most powerful military force the world has ever seen.

    Do you:

      A) Appeal to the U.N. for help?

      B) Handle it yourself?

Love the post, coinciding with Bush's RNC speech:

"Now and then I come across as a little too blunt -- and for that we can all thank the white-haired lady sitting right up there."

A Republican tends to cut straight to the issue, while the Democrat spends his time debating the issue endlessly. Take Germany as a perfect example where reform hardly ever happens due to constant debating and uncertainty.

After reading the question, and taking no more thana moment to look at the situation, you can damn-well bet I'm a southern republican. ^_^ Good quiz. Extremely worthy of recognition.
