I still haven't really researched the new law and probably won't. I only tracked down the information I did because the mainstream media was trying hard to spin the new law as something else bad that terrible Bush administration was doing to make life tougher for the common folk and I wondered if they really had something this time or if it was just another example of their ongoing effort to Help Kerry any way they can. So far, the only person I know personally who has been affected by the new law in any way has benefited from it. Surprise, surprise!
