John Kerry: Unfit for Command -- Update 13

[Continued from Update 12.]

The cracks in the dam are beginning to widen, with even the New York Times and Washington Post admitting there are two sides to the issue and the veterans attacking their golden boy have valid reasons to do so: Washington Post, Washington Post, New York Times

As Just One Minute points out, even the Kerry people have acknowledged the real reason the vets are out to get Kerry:

When somebody's attacking your military record, you reach a boiling point ... When you go and fight in a war, when you spill blood for your country, your instinct is to fight back and defend your record.

Of course, the DumboDemocrats still have their widdle feelings hurt and still want all those mean ol' veterans to just go away and be quiet, but the more they whine the more they're drawing attention to the issue: CNN

As Captain Ed points out, now it's coming to light that Kerry's authorized biography, Tour of Duty, also contains major exaggerations concerning his time aboard the destroyer USS
Gridley. Why am I not surprised?

Glenn Reynolds has posted a time line clarifying the fact that when Kerry was in Paris cozying up to the enemy, he was still an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves. I still don't understand why he wasn't Court Marshaled for that.
