Heh. But a little unfair, in that Dubya has shown absolutely no fiscal discipline in practice. President Kerry and a Republican Congress might be more fiscally sound than the GOP sweep we have today. The deficit is not a big deal to me compared to the war, but I'm a little uncomfortable picking on Kerry for being a spendthrift.
